Source of teacher's remuneration: Teacher did not get any remuneration at all since the beginning. And yet the teacher never gave up teaching. Now a village committee has taken initiatives to collect money for teacher salary.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in part of theAroj Monjil library bhaban. The space is provided by the Aroj Ali trust.
Management of the Center: Some young villagers look after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother agreed to provide food by turn to all the children every weekday. However its is not yet regular. Efforts are being made to mobilize the community in this regard.
