Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts are underway to raise the additional amount from other sources.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the house of an individual from the local community and provided free of charge.
Management of the Center: Guardians Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. After a period of initial irregularity the provision of midday meal is now more or less regular.
