Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts are underway to raise an additional amount.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the house of teacher. The space is provided by her free of charge.
Management of the Center: Guardian's Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. There were irregularities from time to time in providing midday meal which was corrected after a motivational meeting conducted by RIB in February 2009 involving all the teachers of Kajoli Model and some of the "Champions".
