Space for the Center: The Center is held in the front yard of the teacher's house.
Management of the Center: Guardian's Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. After some initial irregularity, the process has become more regular since February 2009.
