Space for the Center: The Center is held in a temporary shed made of tin and bamboo. The space is provided by the teacher.
Management of the Center: Uttardurakuthi Kajoli Model Ma Shonggathon (Mother Organization) looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. While there were some irregularities in the beginning, the situation stabilized after a motivational meeting in February 2009.
