- Center House/Space: Teacher made a house of tin and bamboo with the help of local community.
- Management of the Center: There is a Center management committee but they are not always very proactive. Especially in this Center, the teacher is the anchor to run the Center.
- Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. Due to poverty/lack of motivation the midday meal system has not always been regular. However, since February 2009, guardians are providing mid day meals regularly.
