- Management of the Center: Guardians and local NGO (VIEW) looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
- Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. While the provision of midday meal was not very regular in the beginning, efforts to mobilize the community have begun to yield positive results.
