Source of teacher remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts rea being made to raise an additional amount from other sources.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the front yard of the teacher's home.
Management of the Center: Guardian's Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. While this was not very regular at the beginning, the situation changed after a motivational meeting with the teachers conducted by RIB in February 2009.
