Space for the Center: The Center is held in the house of the teacher.
Management of the Center: Guardian's Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. While this was not very regular at the beginning, the situation changed after a motivational meeting conducted by RIB in February 2009.
